This is my first time recording one of my full body workouts, this time with 40lb dumbells. It’s not the regular high intensity interval training, but a bit of a hybrid, with 1 minute on, and 30 seconds rest.

Bear with me folks, as I struggle on my journey of constant and never ending improvement (CANI) in fitness and life.

Note that I’m just an average endomorph dude, still with some belly fat, not the perferct ripped physique. I’m no fitness model nor professional athlete, but I’m aiming for that.
